Compensation

This is a part-time independent contractor role. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, skill, and output. We reward ownership, creativity, consistency, and measurable growth. There is an opportunity for increased compensation as Baycoast grows and as you demonstrate performance and leadership.

This is not a “post pretty pictures” role. This is a visibility and influence role.

Experience with TikTok growth, Instagram reels, Facebook business pages, LinkedIn content, analytics dashboards, and scheduling tools is valuable. But creativity, clarity, and ownership matter more than certifications.

What You’ll Actually Do
  • Grow Baycoast’s social media presence.
  • Coordinate and assist with live video sessions.
  • Plan and execute short-form video content.
  • Repurpose content across platforms.
  • Help clients grow influence, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Align social messaging with website, SEO, Google presence, and paid advertising efforts.
  • Review analytics and adjust strategy intelligently.
  • Collaborate with design, web, and marketing team members.
  • Protect the Baycoast voice.
  • Performance Expectations
  • This is not about posting randomly.
  • You will be expected to:
