The Client

John Geoghagan is a serial entrepreneur with a deep love of the game and the track record to match. Grace Gourmet puts food products into Costco. He mentors other founders. He invests. He builds.

What he does not do is log into social media.

The Problem

John understood enough about marketing to know he needed experts. He had no interest in learning platforms, editing video, or managing accounts. He wanted his brands visible, his content strong, and his reputation protected. All without being pulled into the work.

His standard was simple. Handle it end to end, keep the quality high, and bring him in for strategic decisions only.

What Baycoast Built

We created every social account from zero in September 2022. Since then we have produced thousands of short form videos. John supplies the ideas and the voice. We supply everything else.

We built and manage multiple websites across his brands, including a full redesign in July 2026 to carry all three food brands under Grace Gourmet. We built and run the "Ask John" campaign, where his audience submits real questions and John answers them. Individual questions draw hundreds of reactions. The audience is not passive. It participates.

We monitor platforms for mentions of his food products, update his community when the brands get organic attention, and build new content around free press as it lands. When the internet talks about his products, John finds out from us.

The Results

From a standing start in September 2022, John's audience now exceeds 96,000 followers across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

The audience is not just large. It is alive. In June 2026, four years in, the Facebook page reached 287,000 people and added 2,500 new followers in a single month. Accounts this old usually plateau. His is still climbing.

And John's total time spent inside a social platform remains what it was on day one. Zero.
