The Client

Bob Davis built Florida Dewatering into a serious construction services company. Years of solving dewatering problems exposed a bigger opportunity in water treatment. So he founded Pure Polymer Solutions, a multi-million-dollar environmental services company with science teams, labs, and a patented treatment system.

By 2021, Bob had won the hard part. His companies did excellent work. His problem was that nobody could see it.

The Problem

"The good work we do is not being reflected. We work on amazing projects, but no one knows about it."

Bob Davis, Founder

Pure Polymer Solutions had an outdated brand and a website that embarrassed him. Florida Dewatering had no website at all. No digital presence. Nothing. For a founder who spent decades building his reputation, competitors with weaker companies looked stronger online. When a prospect searched for his businesses, what they found did not match what he built.

What Baycoast Built

We redesigned Pure Polymer Solutions from the ground up. New website. New positioning. The brand shifted from commodity supplier to environmental stewardship and customer outcomes. We built Florida Dewatering its first website and first digital presence in company history.

Industrial water treatment is a hard product to show. So we showed it. Transition videos of dirty water turning clear. Before and after photos of ponds, lakes, and construction sites. Technical case studies rewritten so a plant manager and a county official could both understand them.

When Bob's team launched a third company, Pro Shoring, we built everything from scratch. Name treatment, logo, brand kit, website, and all digital profiles. The brand now has an engaged audience of over 8,000 followers.

A single press release covering a PPS employee running hurricane supplies to Pinellas victims was picked up by 413 outlets, including AP News and NBC affiliates.

The Exit

In June 2024, Florida Dewatering sold. We did not broker, negotiate, or advise on the sale. What we did was build the brand, website, and digital presence that the company carried into that process. A business with no online footprint became a business a buyer could look up, evaluate, and trust.

Bob built the company. We made sure it looked like what it was.

Where They Are Now

Five years into the relationship and counting. Baycoast supports both Pure Polymer Solutions and Pro Shoring today. That is the result we care about most. Not one campaign. One trusted partnership across three companies, one exit, and still going.

If the good work you do is not being reflected, we should talk.
