Leading Edge Connections (LEC) is a business process outsourcing (BPO) industry leader with an innovative model and team. They have developed a fully remote, talent-driven platform aimed at revolutionizing the outsourcing landscape. They represent an innovative ecosystem that challenges conventional notions of outsourcing and aims to democratize outsourcing for companies of all sizes.

We were tasked with creating a modern website for Leading Edge Connections that reflects their innovative approach to outsourcing. The website needed to convey their commitment to cutting-edge technology and modern techniques, therefore, the goal was to create a seamless user experience that transcends with modern and industry-forward design that would place them as an industry leader.

The main challenge for our design team was to create a UX-focused experience that would reflect their innovative approach to business and their services. We addressed this challenge by creating a minimalistic website with bold pops of color throughout, along with micro-interactions and animations along the site to further enhance the user experience and create an impactful visit to the site.

Leading Edge Connections now has an online presence that defines them as an industry leader in the global BPO landscape. Through its modern yet minimalistic design, along with micro animations and seamless user experience, their brand identity is showcased throughout the whole site. Our team’s design efforts, inspired by LEC’s unconventional approach in their industry, has helped them stand out in a competitive market and attract clients seeking cutting-edge outsourcing solutions.
